Welcome to Mum 2 Mum Coaching, a very special website dedicated to empowering mums. Becoming a mum changes your life forever and in ways you never imagine. After giving birth to my own baby in July 2007, I quickly realised life would never be the same again. I also realised I needed a completely different skill set to cope with my new role and responsibilities, but found it difficult to know where to go for this help. So began my search for a coach that specialised in coaching mums. When this search proved to be fruitless, the idea for Mum 2 Mum Coaching was born – a specialist life coaching service designed to empower mums and to teach mums to embrace and love all that is in their life and within themselves.
