About the founder of Mum 2 Mum Coaching
My whole life I’ve had a strong interest in self improvement, personal growth & development.
After working in a variety of professional positions, I never found the one thing that I could call my passion.
In 2004 I discovered a life coaching seminar and started to enjoy the enormous benefits of having my own personal coach. It was from that point that I knew coaching would become my passion. At that time I undertook the Intensive Coach Training with Results Coaching Systems, founded by an Australian Coach, David Rock.
Upon the completion of my training I have always looked for how I could most benefit my clients. It wasn’t until my daughter Tiffany was born in July 2007 that I once again realised how positively life changing coaching can be.
I’m an active Member of the International Coach Federation and am currently working towards obtaining my Results Coaching Certificate of Advanced Coaching Skills and becoming an ICF Associate Certified Coach.
I absolutely love being a mum and a wife to my husband of 5 years and I’m always striving to be the best I can be for my family, but I also know the challenges we face including lack of sleep, sickness, our wonderful hormones, financial constraints & lack of time.
As the founder and director of Mum 2 Mum Coaching I’m constantly focused on self improvement. I regularly attend seminars and training courses to improve myself and my skills as a coach.
